Lego fans are set to create a giant 3D map to raise awareness and funds for the Cambridgeshire wetland Great Fen country park.
Around 100 people have paid to take part in workshop sessions that will build the 10m by 5m map. The map will include 3D Lego models of a range of wildlife species native to the area - dragonflies and long horn beetles have already been created out of Lego.
The facilities, such as the visitor centre and public toilets will also have Lego representations on the map.
The Wildlife Trusts of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire are working with Natural England and the Environment Agency to create the Great Fen in a 50 year restoration project.
