An English countryside B&B has inspired a Japanese animation, reports BBC News.
The Japanese animation, Kinmoza, is watched by over 5 miliion viewers and was inspired by Wiltshire's 'Fosse Farmhouse'.
In 1989 Japanese visitors were inspired by the farmhouse, to run a similar guesthouse in Japan with pictures of the Cotswolds based inspiration. This then led to Fosse Farmhouse being shown in magazines across Japan and becoming well known. 'Fosse Farmhouse' then featured in a comic book Kiniro-Mosaic in 2012, and now has been made into a TV series and a film.
